Work and Play is a company specializing in game based learning. The Studio is an easy-to-use online creation tool allowing companies to create personalized e-learning training courses themselves.
Le Studio is a tool for creating e-learning courses online, integrating a wide range of functionalities. The aim was to transform the existing tool into a user-friendly, aesthetic and easy-to-use authoring tool.
My main objective as a UX/UI designer was to simplify the user flow, group and categorize activities, and create an attractive and intuitive visual environment for the design of e-learning courses.
Optimization of the user flow for course module creation: activity creation, configuration, testing, publishing and sharing.
Redesign of the entire user interface to make it more user-friendly and accessible. Hierarchization of information, masking of superfluous elements, addition of features.
A categorization of the different activities was necessary. To improve visual recognition, I designed distinct icons for each type of activity, with a specific color code for each category. A search engine and customized filters were also integrated.
To speed up the creation process, I developed ready-to-use graphic themes and templates for users. I've also created many custom activities for specific customer needs.
I ensured that every aspect of the user interface was carefully designed to enhance the experience of creating e-learning courses. The end result is a Studio that offers a pleasant and intuitive user experience, simplifying the creation process and meeting the varied needs of users.
