Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure is an innovative energy and automation management platform that optimizes businesses' operational and energy efficiency through real-time data collection and analysis.
The mission was to rethink the way Schneider Electric approached its customers' digitization needs by replacing a complex manual Excel-based process with an automated solution, while using Neo4j technology to better identify customers' digitization needs.
My objective was to completely overhaul the existing tool, which was essentially based on intensive use of Excel spreadsheets. The tool had to give customers an overview of their company's digitalization, and enable Schneider Electric's teams to offer them relevant, tailor-made solutions.
One of the main objectives of this redesign was to make the user path as efficient as possible for the Business Case and Digitization features. The redesign of the user path facilitated the transition from a manual process to an automated solution that greatly simplifies the customer experience.
Creation of a distinctive graphic charter, based on the modernization of Schneider Electric's official charter, which reinforced EcoStruxure's visual identity, contributing to its brand recognition.
Creation of mock-ups with Figma and communication in English with all teams to ensure that the result conforms to the mock-ups validated by the customer.
My role was to transform a manual process into a 100% automated solution. Thanks to Neo4j technology, the project was able to recommend customized solutions to Schneider Electric's customers, enabling them to track their evolution more efficiently and to estimate the potential gains of these future evolutions.
